I tend to stick the TV on while I’m eating, so I get a random selection of whatever is on at the time. There are very few shows I make any effort to catch regularly. The Discovery Channel is particularly rewarding for random snippets as you invariably end up learning some pointless but vaguely fascinating bit of trivia.

I decided to cover the final balloon here as it gives away a big twist in the Doctor Who christmas episode. I’ll change it to the uncensored version when everyone’s had a reasonable chance to see it. Suffice to say that it gave me a moment of gleeful excitement in the story.
