I guess fundraising isn’t my thing. While I really do appreciate the few people who responded to me shaking the tip jar a couple of weeks ago, I have to say the response wasn’t great. I didn’t even cover the cost of art materials I bought this month, let alone have any left over to increase the numbers of my tiny Dalek army.
In other news, TWC is now working right, so I’m going to randomly throw in extras as incentive to click the button. It may be pencil versions of strips, non-Planet Karen illustrations or cartoons I’ve done, or whatever else occurs to me. Thanks to everyone who has been clicking it regularly already Planet Karen has been zooming up the chart and getting noticed.
Maybe, late at night, when the boundaries between worlds are thin, one of the ‘Infinite Karens’ comes and steals your ideas…
I’ve had this happen a few times, and it’s a especially frustrating when you have to search for a pen to write the idea down and you are worried that by the time you find the pen you’ll have forgotten the great idea.

I think a lot of on-liners find that the donation button is of little use. On a couple of occasions I have received a message back saying that I am the first person to have donated even though the Donate button had been present for a while.
